ROM Hack Anemone3ds

Hello.
I have a problem with custom themes from Anemone and shuffling them with the ones that I've bought from eShop. Should I be able to shuffle both types at the same time or not? If so, how do I get them to shuffle together.

you have to download the official themes from online as custom themes (i wont give a link but its on that iso site). then shuffle them together with anemone
