Oh, I don't actually have anything set up yet. I was just wondering what to expect for when I do. But that's interesting if that helps keep the Wifi going.

On consoles affected by the issue it usually occurs within an hour iirc.

It’s possible that you won’t have any issues with it at all . To this day I still haven’t had any issues with wifi disconnects on Android or Ubuntu, even after 5+ hours of use.

I have used one of my Switch consoles with Android to stream PC games using Steam Link for hours at a time without ever having a drop in connection. It must be an issue that only affects random consoles.

Because the 2 GB fat32 partition, the only one visible in your PC, isn't mounted while executing LineageOS (unless rooted, but it's not required to use Android on your switch).
And the partition containing LineageOS, the one where you should put any file your want to use in Lineage, isn't visible on your PC (ext4 filesystem).

It a limitation of this first beta. Let's see if it can be improved with the next versions.

Do you think it is a good idea to play Nintendo mobile games with this? Could Nintendo detect you are using Android on Switch since you are connecting to Nintendo servers and ban you ?

I believe OTG cables work the same in portable mode as the native USB ports in docked mode, so I don't see why Ethernet adapters wouldn't be the same.

Updates. They have joycons working WITH analog now. Just got to wait for a release.

I'd read recently about the wired analogue support, but this latest about the seamless switching between wired and wireless is even more awesome. Can't wait for the Pie release, sounds like it's going to be super slick.

The wifi signal on the switch seems really weak for that, but then again I couldnt stand it with a vita either.
