PS1/2 ancient Playstation 2

Hi all.

I recently dug up the trash that makes up my bedroom and I found my old PS2. I tried running it but I either forgot how to turn it on. (whether O or I means ON) or the dust inside and outside has epic-ly made it trash worthy.

Would it be worth it to revive this relic? or should I just throw it out?

Revive, use Free MCboot exploit, get a network adapter, get an old IDE hard drive, then proceed to load it up with games.

But i'm worried its more of a hardware problem. because it's not responding.... I cracked it and cleaned the insides but its still not turning on. which one is on? O or I?

Does it matter? Try it both ways, if you see a red light on the power button on the front it means it's working.


edit: flicking it to the right turns it on for me.


edit 2: According to google, I is on and O is off.
