I got this when i wanted to open Super Smash bros.
I turned the 3ds off and on and then super smash worked.

But today when i was playing the game this error occured again! And same when i was playing zelda Link between worlds.

What can I do to stop this?

It doesnt do this with other games.. yet..

Okay the first one is while starting the game. And this one is while playing the game! This one sucks the most :/
