I followed the guide 3ds.guide for soundhax and everything seemed to work fine. I did anything like they said. After I finished the last step and reboot this error happens. This error happens evertime I start to boot my New Nintendo 3ds xl. I have the Luma3ds 9.0.7 version. My 3ds has version 11.0.0-33E

If you really finished the last step you shouldn't still be on 11.0, so you probably skipped part of the guide... Can you post a screenshot of your SD card's root folder for starters and a link to what part of the 3ds.guide you were at?
Sorry I mean I was on 11.0.0-33E. And sure I followed the 3ds.guide/finalizing-setup guide and my sd card looks like this
