Hacking An error has occurred - DSTWO

Hi guys.

I'm new here and still didn't find a thread with this content.
So, i bought my super dwtwo last month and it arrived last week. I updated it in my girlfriend's DS Lite with the last EOS and the last firmware, both downloaded from the official site.
But after the update, every time i put the dstwo in my 3DS i get the “An error has occurred” error. I tried to press the a button repeatedly and it works sometimes.

Is it a common error? Even in the DSTWO forum people get this error.Does anyone know how I can fix it?

exact same issue for me, works fine in a DSi but never works in the 3DS. I've had the problem for ages now and no one has any idea other then the usual (I lie, I did it wrong, etc, etc)

Contact and/or some chip issue (there was a bad batch), return it for a replacement.
