Hacking "an error has occured"

ok so i recenly had a problem running newer games( getting system files corrupt message)

well i fixed that but i tried running some games that i haven't played in a while( OKAMI and bully) and when i put the disk in i get the an error has occured plz turn off wii eject disk message.


i dont belive the iso's are trucha signed, but they may be scrubbed( unless scrubbed iso's are signed, i dont' know)

any idea's.
