Hacking an Error has occured plz help

hello i tried to install b9s CFW to my 3ds 4.0.1 and i exactly followed the orders of 3ds.guide then an error has occurred after i completed part 3 of section iv and error says (failed to get the ctrnand firm) even website itself says if you get an error just go to next page but next steps need to boot 3ds and go to setting and update the system which in my case i still get that error. i searched google but there wasnt anything clear which can help me solving problem.

Update your device by going to System Settings, then “Other Settings”, then going all the way to the right and using “System Update”

• Updates while using B9S + Luma (what you have) are safe
• If this gives you an error, set your DNS settings to “auto”
• If this still gives you an error, follow CTRTransfer, then try updating again

tanks for responding actually by holding start or select i can boot up godmode or luma the thing is i cant boot to 3ds inorder to go to setting other setting and update! 3ds says ann error has occured: failed to get CTRNAND FIRM. press any button to shutdown.

If your NAND is of a version between 3.0.0 and 4.5.0, do the following:

• Ensure that you are using the latest Luma3DS version (v6.6 or higher)
• Download this file and rename it to native.firm
• Download this file
• Copy native.firm and cetk to the /luma/ folder on your SD card
• If you have Luma3DS version 7.1 or lower, rename native.firm to firmware.bin
• Delete both of these files after updating your device

this will lose anything installed on your ds is that ok? if so follow this


Ok so download decrypt9 from here https://github.com/d0k3/Decrypt9WIP/releases
unzip the zip and take the .firm file and put it in :luma/payloads/
create a file called files9 on the root of the sd card. Spelled like this files9 just like that nothing else
then get you're ctr transfer file (you can find it here https://3ds.guide/ctrtransfer select the one for your device or you will brick) and put it in the files9 folder
now turn on your 3ds while holding start.
select decrypt9
wait for it to initialize
select sysnand options
select ctr transfer
select auto ctr transfer
input the keys
wait.
try to boot

if you have a higher luma you have to rename the native.firm to firmware.bin
you may have missed taht
