All there is, is Amiiqo/n^2 and a thread in Wii U Hacking (which is more for creating them onto blank tags than emulating)

Hmm, a .cia/3dsx file that reads the Amiibo data (What are they, like .bin files?) and stores them to an emulated amiibo slot?
That would be lovely but would that even be possible?

If you hijacked the NFC process probably but I'm not sure the effort to put into it (assuming it was possible) is really worth it. Just hack the game to think an amiibo was touched.
