ROM Hack Question Amiibo decryptor and making my own cards

I tried to put amiibo dumps on my own cards, but software of RFID reader does not recognise these files.
I looked into some if it, and i need a advice. Can any of you help me with understanding the topic and provide some of the links to help with that?
