Hacking Am I too worried?

I had a Switch since 2017. Last year I installed SX OS (sd emunand) using the sx pro dongle and had problems activating my licence so I "turned on" 90DNS and briefly booted cfw on sysnand just to activate my licence. Since then I am only using emunand in flight mode and still (thank god) am not banned. I have a couple of games on sysnand, and an online subscription so I really don't want to get banned.
Just recently I decided to stop using SX OS or any CFW altogether, and I am dead worried that, because of the time I have spent using CFW, I might get banned in the future.
Is there anything I can do, like a factory reset of sysnand, to mitigate the chance of getting banned?

Have you ever sent any error logs to ninty?
If not, you can either restore your NAND backup (if you have one) or rebuild your NAND.
Although, if you haven't done anything major and apparently had 90DNS enabled, a factory reset might be sufficient.
But I am not quite sure.

You really shouldn’t be playing around with custom firmware if your worried about getting banned ... you are always at risk I thought I was being extremely careful never went online once with custom firmware infact the only thing I did offline was run xci backups and not only did both my switches become banned they were super banned ...

For now there aren't emunand offline bans reports with sysnand online so it doesn't matter if you play the .xci offline on sysnand the record still there not in the case of emunand for OP problem he should have use the web option to activate the license without starting cfw on sysnand only emunand now he will be banned someday because there is a record of illegal logs on his switch unless he has a backup and is 100% sure that he has never connected to internet ....
