A couple of people were having problems with fierce waffle's rop installer -- it would not launch the Launcher.dat and it would brick ds mode...was happening to me too. So Drenn released his rop loader here, it works for me, however it overwrites the ds settings with his own info. So for those that have to use this alternative loader I made a C program that will edit the nds file with your info instead.
To use it you need to run it with the nds file in the same directory, and the nds file needs to be named "RopInstaller.nds"
The RopInstaller binary in the zip folder is for *nix users.
