Nope. *hax in general does Home Menu ROP to be able to even have SD access. Test Menu is a different app, therefore none of the ROP gadgets work. Since the ROP doesn't work, neither does *hax.
So the rop basically has to be converted for the test menu for it to work?
Yes. Not an easy feat. Test Menu doesn't even have a lot of the background services running. Proof: Try this on emuNAND. You can eject the SD and as long as you reinsert before pressing a button, it still works.
This proves that this thread should be moved to the flashcards/custom-firmwares section of the 3DS forum.
But it is also not Homebrew Development or an emulator. Also, it requires a CFW.

That's true, but I still don't know what's new about this. I cannot see anything interesting on it.
I simply see this interesting because it is part of the production of the 3ds, and I'm curious
i wonder why nitnendo didn't completely removed this stuff... it could have saved some TWL_NAND space...

Here we have ketoprofen that used to be prescription-only because of the risk of toxic dosages, but then they halved the dose per pill and sell them in bottles of six pills apiece instead of twenty and it doesn't need a prescription any more. Yes you can buy more than one bottle but people simply don't.
