Alpha Sapphire Kyogre Re-encounter

Hello,

I have a friend that defeated Kyogre, and then continued the game afterwards. So yeah he saved after killing him. Is there a way to use PKHex to edit flags to get Kyogre to reappear?

Or would he just have to start over if he actually wanted to battle him again.

Don't all modern Pokémon games make legendaries respawn if you kill them? Most I've played respawn them when you beat the Elite 4 and Champion.

You don't need CFW for this.

Yep, pretty sure this is right.

It is. They all respawn if you KO them. I'm not sure how long it takes in ORAS, but they do.

Google says after a e4 battle. They will be back at their spots in the Cave of origins in Sootopolis.
