Hacking All vitas are still hackable?

I was reading the guide but the reason I am concerned is often iv'e found that info can be outdated,I plan to probably get a 2000 model today and was wondering if there's anything I need to know first as I know with every firmware update something fucks up and then there's a risk of a brick lol.

anything with FW up to 3.65 can have permanent hack (enso), FW 3.67 and 3.68 (latest) need to trigger the hack every reboot (only take about 10 secs)

Really, only 3.60 and 3.65 can have permanent hack (enso).

3.67 and 3.68 can use H-encore but you have to use the explot when you turn off your PS Vita (not if you enter in suspend mode).
