Homebrew All USB Loaders Black screen

All the usb loaders i have used wont start up. my ios is 249 v 19 idk if it matters but my base ios is 57. every time i click on usb loader gx it black screens, same thing with usb loader config and wiiflow

EDIT: just re downloaded usb loader gx and it loaded and everything but it froze on "initialize usb"

I think you're using the old Waninkoko's cIOS, if it's so, this is your problem. Use d2x v8 or v9 beta if you're using Wiiflow for best experience

Oh okay, so which dx2 cIOS should i choose? Like, what is the difference between all the different 249's and 250's?
