Eu estava excluindo os tickets no fbi até que apaguei um ticket e logo depois deu o erro arm11 e meu 3ds desligou, e quando liguei novamente todos os meus apps 3ds sumiram, exceto os jogos dsiware, fbi, luma, 3ds os jogos sumiram por favor me ajude

Sorry remember this is a English only forum. you should test your SD Card, seems like the 3ds folder and/or they contents get corrupted.

To be precise: copy everything off the card (I suggest Roadkil's Unstoppable Copier, but it is not strictly necessary), format the card, test the card with h2testw, and then copy everything back again.

If it's a missing ticket scenario, i suggest launching faketik to create tickets for those installed games, reboot the system and see if they appear. And be careful next time!
