Hacking all-in-one SD card setup?

Hey all. I'm trying to make a SD card to mod pretty much any wii on-the-fly, without internet. So far:

bannerbomb w/ bootmii v3
TBR
preloader
cIOS rev14 (using IOS 38 wad)
cIOS CORP 3.4 (if they want it)
cIOS CORP 3.4 Uninstaller (updated with current IOS`s)
cIOS 202-222-223 v4 (cant remember if this one needs internet)

DOP IOS v7 (with all IOS`s downloaded)
Wad Manager 1.5

Neogamma r7 channel

I need a simple way to update to 4.1, I could just download the System 4.1 wad from NUSD and install using Wad Manager if it would work.

If so, whats the best way to install it all? I would assume:

Bannerbomb
HBC -> Wad Manager -> system menu 4.1.wad
HBC -> DOP IOS -> Install all IOS`s, patch 36 + 60

Or would installing the system menu first cause a brick? Any thoughts?

You could do what you want but you must chek if the sysmenu and ios md5 are correct, you also must install firs the system menu ios, and later ios 60, if you dont and you restart you wil have a full brick

IOS60 IS the system menu IOS (edit: rather, it's the IOS the system menu 4.0/4.1 runs off of.), you install IOS60 first and then the system menu wad itself last.

thats the answer i was looking for.

Just one more question.

If someone had say, 3.2U, the best and safest method would then be:

bannerbomb -> bootmii v3
DOP IOS -> Install 60+61
Wad manager -> Install 4.1U wad
DOP IOS -> Update the other IOS (just to be safe)

Should i bother checking the md5 on these? I havnt had a single problem yet using IOS`s from NUSD.
