Hacking AK2i vendor that accepts PayPal?

So, I updated my 3DS (oh no!) and now my R4i refuses to work so I want to buy an AceKard 2i, as I've wanted to for years. But my issue is, I don't know which vendors accept PayPal.

acuatlyy i think ALL dealers allow paypal.
use gamespree.net
they might not look like much but they are legit.and they have acekard for only 10$
