Self advertising is against the rules. I suggest you take another look at them and read them very carefully.
Edit: I will not give you a warn this time, because around the time you joined, I do not believe this was a rule. However, you have been using your account to do nothing but advertise your mobile games. This is the very reason we have this rule. So one cannot come on these forums and do nothing but drop an ad for their game, and leave for years at a time and come back to do the same thing, just as you have.
