Hacking After Atmosphere games won't start

I recently updated the atmosphere 0.10.4 version and after this upgrade most of the installed games wont start.
So i re-copied the sig patches but still they won't start. So i remember that you can use the fusee payload from the "bios" screen.
When i use this fusee payload -as a workaround-, everything is working fine.
I also remembered that the something wtihin the atmosphere config ( sig patch / bios check) must be entered .. but after searching for a while i can't found it anymore.

Hopefully somebody from GBATemp can lead me to the right direction

The patches you need differ depending on the bootloader you use. For Fusee, you use the "sweet patches". When it comes to Hekate, you use Joonie's patches.
