Aero Fighters ending

So I just beat Aero Fighters as the american military dude.

Spoiler: So after you beat the final boss...

There's sudden text at the bottom that says something like "Holy crap it won't stop!" for 2 freaking seconds and then you explode.
It cuts to an ending screen with the guy's little brother looking up at the stars, one of them's sparkling... and it says "AND THEN HE BECAME A STAR".
The little brother's holding his arm/fist in the 90's I WILL EXACT MY NONSPECIFIC REVENGE pose, and says "I WILL TAKE OVER FOR MY BROTHER" or something.

The end.

I mean even for your generic arcade-style game where it turns out it was aliens, that's a stupid ending in all sorts of ways.

that ending was ok. i rember playing aero fighters 2 with a friend the american dude and the ninja then to go to the master and the master goes beresker or something i really don't rember that well but it was funny.

Yeah that ending was retarded. Heck the guy himself was retarded. "I can't believe it they're aliens" no dumbass is the Bolivian military... I was playing it the other night and I was half expecting the guy to say "I fight for my friends".
