What is the format of the PSX games you are downloading? Are they "eboot.pbp" files? If so, you need to do use the following path:
ux0: pspemu/PSP/GAME/[title of the game]/eboot.pbp

Example:
ux0: pspemu/PSP/GAME/crashbandicoot2/eboot.pbp

I believe you are missing the "PSP" folder inside the "pspemu". And the "PSP" folder will have the "GAME" folder inside.

You can use ur0: too. This will depend if you are using the official Sony PS Vita memory card or a SD2Vita with a microSD to run your games.

I know it's on Adrenaline, but don't forget to refresh your library on VitaShell after you add the games, just in case. :)
