Adding games from two different programs and OSes

Hello, I have two different PC's with two different OSes (Windows, MacOS) and I use USB Loader GX for Games, and I was wondering If I Could Use WBFS Manager on Windows and another program on MacOS (Recommendations please) I've only added games on Windows before, and I'm asking to make sure I can add games on both programs safely.

Yes, this is fine. I'm not sure what's a good Mac OS program for this though.

I mean you could use wimm's tools (wit), I'm pretty sure this is cross platform, but it's cmd line based

Never ever use WBFS Manager, it's bad and corrupts games.
On Windows use Wii Backup Manager: https://static.wiidatabase.de/Wii-Backup-Manager.zip

Wit is also fine and there is a GUI for it but it is a bit basic: https://desairem.com/wordpress/witgui/
