Hacking Adding an external HDD with CBHC installed

Hey guys,

I have a wii u with CBHC. The internal 32GB is almost full so I was thinking about attaching a HDD. I know that when you connect a new HDD the console will format it, but I also read that it will move all your game data over from the console to the HDD.
Is this true because if it is doesn't it mean that my CBHC title will be moved to the USB resulting in a brick?

False, the console doesn't spontaneously move software from NAND to HDD, the user may choose to do so

Newly installed software (the official way) will indeed go to the HDD automatically
