Hacking Activity / Game Log and Flashcarts

I put my ttds card in the 3DS today, knowing it wouldn't work but you got to give it a shot. Anyway it showed up in the activity log as a ttds card but the log gives the option to delete it.

This statement has just completely destroyed any rumor about Nintendo bricking your console.

When you delete the game from your log, it tells you it won't be deleted from the daily log, and it does indeed stay in the daily log.
Also, when you play it again it updates the times played from before you deleted it, so it's keeping the game somewhere behind the activity log.
Worrying, a little.

One of the first prompts I got was that Nintendo can use my information and what games I play etc. for marketing purposes.
If they use my activity log to claim I'm a pirate, I can probably sue them for breaking the EULA.

They can say privacy is hurting their marketing. Therefor it was for marketing purposes.

Also, doesn't the ttds camoflage itself like the DS2 and M3i Zero does?

Anything that runs on DSi firmware 1.4+ disguises itself.

Just watch my video, and replace DORASU with Alex Rider or whatever it shows up as.

They'll make it so it won't work on the 3DS...they've done it before. Even if it plays "more than roms", it is till 3rd party unauthorized hardware and software being used.
