Despite having spent roughly 4k hours in Wraeclast, I really did enjoy LE on my first and only playthrough.
Haven't thouched it since (about a year ½ ago, but read a lot of criticism in the steam announcement thread.

What was that all about? Did the devs mess up along the way or are people just salty over the wrong reasons.

It seems to be people angry that the devs want money for it.

100 Epoch points for $10 and 200 for $20? I don't know what those are used for, but between that and selling multiple day 1 editions of a single player game it feels like a hard pass for folks that want to buy a complete game.

I'd be shocked anyone who actually plays it thinks it's not a complete game.

yall im torn... ive been hacking away at tales of phantasia GBA (the USA version) and have so many documents of reverse engineering i've done
  • TwoSpikedHands @ TwoSpikedHands:
I just found out that the EU version is better in literally every way, better sound quality, better lighting, and there's even a patch someone made to make the text look nicer
  • TwoSpikedHands @ TwoSpikedHands:
Do I restart now using what i've learned on the EU version since it's a better overall experience? or do I continue with the US version since that is what ive been using, and if someone decides to play my hack, it would most likely be that version?
