Hacking Action Replay to SDHC

Hello, I have been using this action replay dol/wad on my WII with my original GC games and it worked great until I swapped my card to a SDHC, how would I go about converting the dol or wad so it can be usable on SDHC? I do have the action replay memory card, but do not have the original CD disk
that came with it so this DOL/WAD combo works perfect for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you
