Homebrew Action Replay to N-Card?

Hi, me and my friend Jocelyn have tried to use our Action Replays (we both own one) and take an .nds file from that and put it onto our n-cards.
It didnt really work. So a guy suggested NitroHax, but she needs to do something with an .xml document. I forgot exactly what she has to do.
Im just asking if anyone knows how to make NitroHax work.
It works, but when we press the Cheats we want in one of our games, then press end. (it says press anybutton to continue) so i pressed start.
and it was just a blank black screen.

Can anyone help?

you need to have an xml file containing the cheats
download it from cheats.gbatemp.net
then place it on your flashcard and then select your cheats and then continue
Note: You can only use LEGIT games with NitroHax

i will also note that you have to edit the xml file since nitohax cant load big files.

I will also note that the action replay rom only would work with an XML file if you had obtained it.
