Hacking Question Action Replay Powersaves Help

Hello,

I have ordered a Action Replay Powersaves device and it should arrive soon.
I read that i need to put bin files in the USERS/my name/ POWERSAVES for Amiibo/ folder in the C drive.
I installed the software but the folder is not there.
Do i need to manually create this folder?
With the bin files can do they need to be in root of this folder or can they be in folders within it?
I also read that i can use Tagmo with the PowerTags?
Has anyone successfully used Tagmo with a PowerTag and had no issues?
I read they wear out.
Has anyone successfully used Tagmo and re written a PowerTag many times with no issues?
