Homebrew Action Replay Codes on CTGP-7

Sorry if I'm just an idiot, it's already posted, etc. But is it possible to have Action Replay/Gateway codes on CTGP-7? It's always been greyed out, even when trying to have a code file in some logical locations on the SD Card. I've got codes working on bare bones Mario Kart 7. 0004000000030800.txt is the name of the file.

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
