Hacking ACT/IDPS Dump Always Fails.

Hello!
So I have a PS3 Super Slim that I've installed HAN onto.
Everything seems to work fine, excluding the ability to dump the ACT and IDPS files to my USB.
I've went through the same videos countless times to see if I messed up anywhere, but everything seems fine.
I'm not kidding when I say it's failed to dump at least 70 times. I don't know what to do.
Can your USB be blank?
Sometimes the first step is successful but then the rest fails and I still get nothing on my USB.
I've tried 7 different USB's.

What am I missing here?

My 64GB sandisk works fat32 and dont forget needed file on root and closest to bd drive.

Sorry I was thinking about the flash.hex, doubt thats needed to dump idps. Did home paging it work?

I tried, but sadly it still doesn't want to work

Update: I've been trying more things, like buying a new USB, reactivating the PS3, trying to dump from the HAN tools, clearing history, cache, etc
Still not working :/
