Okay, so I tried to use LeafEdit for the first time since I can't be bothered to go to my computer and use an actually good save editor. I put some things in my pocket, and saved the file the the game. Then it thought I was in 2083. I didn't panic immediately since I have plenty of backups on my computer, but when I restored my backups they kept showing up as that screwed save file. Even after getting rid of LeafEdit AND reinstalling the game, it still showed the screwed save. Even after demolishing my town and starting a new one and saving in it in several ways, restoring the save file from JKSM still showed the screwed one, even though I KNOW it's not supposed to be that. The save file on my computer is an earlier save file BEFORE it got screwed. What now?
