I has a Acer Aspire 5536G notebook, but I'm having a problem with it. When I'm watching Youtube or playing some games (Like WolfTeam) and some other sites. The page or window would start lagging and the sounds would become very choppy, low pitched, and echoey. It's extremely annoying! I reinstalled the drivers for all my sound systems, but the problem sill persists... Any ideas?

Thanks in advance and happy temping.

I normally see echoes and digitization with lag on older PC's, but I looked up yours and it shouldn't be having issues. Open up task manager and go to the performance tab then watch your video and make it lag out, if I'm right, you should see your CPU pegging out at 100%, if it is, you have virus/malware issues and not a sound problem.

Nawh, hardly any CPU usage. Like 5% or such. It's just fine. But I know that this sound problem is very common in Acer laptops in particular. Got no clue why.

My old ACER notebook did the stupid echoey thing.
It was a hardware problem and I had to send it in to get it fixed (IE: replaced)
Twas free, but annoying.

Apparently a lot of (ACER) notebooks have sound issues.
