Hacking acekard white screens

all of the sudden my acekard 2.1 is not recognized in my dsl. everything was working fine, but now when i turn the ds on the box that used to say acekerd is blank and if i open it, the ds only shows white on both screens. any ideas? i tried changing the firmware from 1.6 back to 1.5 and it still wont work. ive looked around for similar problems and cant find anything about it.
any help would be appreciated. thanks

edit-i also tried with different micro sd cards that all worked before

Most likely your Acekard doesn't maintain good contact with the dsl. Try to clean up the golden contacts with a soft cloth, and you can also wedge a thin piece of cardboard into the ds slot along with the acekard.

yeah, i tried that. also tried different paper tricks and whatever else i could find.
i think the acekard is dead. it just wont read the mini sd anymore.
i guess ill just get a new one.

Acekard 2i will work on a dsl right?

Yes, all DSi flash carts are backwards compatible with the DS lite and DS dark.
