Hacking AceKard sticker change

Just received my second AceKard from DealExtreme (I had serious tight-cart-fitting issues with the first).

What I noticed is the AceKard sticker is normal silver reflective instead of the other sticker that would scatter light in different colours.

Is this normal / legit?

PS. Happy to report the shell on this one actually fits into my DS without being forced in or getting stuck. However, the MicroSD slot on this one gets stuck sometimes and is definitely worse than my previous one. Sigh. Can't win them all. I maintain that these carts have below average build quality; their saving grace is their GUI.

Mine came from stuffs4kids and is rainbow reflective. The sticker is also applied straight, unlike reports of otherwise.

I have a slight bit of difficulty with the cart fitting in the slot, but it's very minor. I think the clips are the issue. Not that I need to remove it much.
