Hacking Acekard+PSP

As stated in the description. If so what do I need to do? Do I put two folders name PSP,Acekard or something.

You don't need to do anything. Just put both devices' files on it.
BTW, Since when does the PSP run on MicroSD?

i dont think theres a problem, the ak2i reads some files to start up on the acekard. If you put it in the psp, the acekard files just lie around like some other files.

I use my 8gb microsd for my phone and take it out to play on the NDS sometimes

Of course you can use install both PSP system and NDS-Adapter system on the same SD. But I won't recommend because your SD will get full soon. (Yes, if you use only homebrews it won't matter, but...)
