Hacking Acekard problem, please help

well i bought an acekard 2i and an 8gb sd card, i installed akaio, formatted my sd and put the games on it..

but then when i go to play a game it says
'Processing... Do Not Power Off!'
loads fully, and then stops. i've left it like this for five minutes and it never processes.
i've done this a few times and it is yet to work. please help!

Make sure you're using a fresh copy of AKAIO:

i am, but i just formatted my sd card again and now it's working
