yeah, but acekard users never have compatibility issues.
normatt was the first who fixed m&l3 especially for the acekard with his ar code aka XPA crack...

But i dunno which one i like.. looks like i'll be getting a AceKard because its cheaper, and looks to do similar things to thr Cyclo anyway.

I've also been looking at these two cards, and the Cyclo looks really attractive because of the RTS. Not sure I would use it much, but it sure would be nice to be able to.

But there's something I'm a little concerned about. From what I've read, the Cyclo doesn't work in the DSi? Is that really true? Or did I get old info or something, because that seems kind of silly. I don't like the DSi, and I don't own one, or plan to own one, but you never know.

Also, is their 3in1 integration about equal? There's always the Exploader, but I'd rather not mess with it every time if I didn't have to.

The CycloDS does not work on the DSi. Only flash carts released after the DSi can work on the DSi, and they usually have an "i" after their name. For example, there is an Acekard 2 that doesn't work on the DSi, but there is also an Acekard 2i that does work on it. But be warned, don't buy the R4i since it cannot update itself so it does not work on an up-to-date DSi.

The CycloDS does not need Exploader except for stuff like transferring Pokemon via Pal Park. I'm not sure about the AKAIO.

Cyclo is only for DS/DSL. Both carts support the GBA intergration pretty well, but after using my brothers Cyclo with my 3in1 I would say that the AKAIO firmware is a bit more friendly with the saves, but they're just about equal otherwise.

Oh, did I mention that RTS/ in game menu's aren't exclusive to the Cyclo?
they never were, and never will be.

Normmatt and Smiths are gonna implement RTS as soon as they get round to it, because its kinda harder than everything else, and as AKAIO isn't a full time job like a firmware is for a flashcard team, they have all the time in the world as well as the right to flame everyone who asks any kind of stupid question.

tl;dr Acekard will eventually be even better.

acekard can read raw saves (basicly what the R4 and I think M3 Real use)
but if they don't work, convert them at shunyweb

They should.

Just make sure you set ".sav" as the save extension in AKAIO's config menu.

Well, i was reading the pages and found most people to be well, dick faces.
Heres my opinion, I have only ever owned one flash card, a cycloDS. So far, its been great, sometimes it doesnt load up immediately at start since its kind of old, but it works. The team releases some updates to games really fast (Mario n luigi that came out, gta) I honestly dont use slow motion unless its some sort of puzzle that takes a lot of time, I do however use real time save when trying to get a certain item on zelda, or on mario and luigi when i cant find a stupid f'ing save square thing. it runs almost all games (i havent tried all games, only ones that i think are good, which are usually ones you will find made by nintendo or other great publishers)
What else, um. . .Usefull light feature in its ingame menu so when im playing at school, and it turns red, i just have to turn down the light and it wont die.

Thats all i have to say, i cant say anything about acekard, i have no idea what it does. So good luck on either flash card your getting (u said u were getting a cyclo first now an acekard, idk)

also AKAIO 1.5 is coming out VERY soon, and trust me, its AWESOME.

Have an acekard 2i, but the cyclo features are always in the back of my mind, or the only feature w/c is in game guide. Maybe slow motion.

Someone said AK's going to have the features of cyclo someday, hope so but wiki says otherwise. At least EZVi are putting out promising RC. Debating whether to get EZVi or iPlayer next.
