Ok so shopping at gbatemps shop for Acekard I chose the first one:

Ok now at the top it says in red letters "PRE UPDATED - 3DS COMPATIBLE"
Does that mean I dont have to flash it on a older system? That would be very convenient for me as I dont have a DSL anymore. Anyone order from the shop? What if I get it and its NOT updated, what will the 3DS do?
::EDIT:: Acekard.com official site also says they have a new acekard that comes with firmware in it for 3DS out the box... so Yeh Im guessing its true.
