Hacking acekard 2i in 3ds

Hi! I want to know if the Acekard 2i can be used in the 3ds to play both 3ds and nds games.

1) the ak2i can be updated to support the latest 3ds firmware (v3.0.0-6)

2) there is no flashcart in existence that can run 3ds games or access 3ds mode. It can play nds games and run homebrews.
