Hacking Ace3ds plus not working

Hello, first off, my friend modded my ds so I have absouletly no idea what im doing.

Whenever I try to open my screen, my ds screens remains black and I see nothing and have to turn off my ds, anybody know whats going on / know a solution, thank you in advance

the questions should not be needed to be asked, they should of been supplied before starting,

all im asking is for help, it sounded a little snarky and all he could have said was "hey , can you provide me with blah blah " and i would have happily tried to assist in giving that information , thats all.

What version Luma are you running, do you have the correct firmware files on the flashcart SD, does the card work on other devices, what does "open my screen" mean, do you mean selecting the flashcart's icon on the screen? Do you mean closing the lid and opening it? What exactly do you do before the screen goes black? You need to provide loads more detail.

Hence my reply, I can tell it is going to be a painful process to get the right information, and maybe all this time you'll leave something vital out because you won't know to add it, and it will be for naught. It is better to get your friend to ask here.
