Hacking Question Account on CFW

Hi!
I know this has been asked, but I cant seem to find the most updated answer.

Is there a tool that can install a fake Nint.account on the console?
The problem are on some nsp that require an account to boot.
Also, if I do a factory reset, will it wipe my games on SD card? In positive case, what if I remove the card first?

1. Kefir Updater is what I heard makes fake nintendo ac (didnt try myself)
2. Factory Reset not sure if Wipes games but if you remove the card then you should be fine I am like 80% sure (still this one confirm with someone else)

Just a reminder that the tool deletes the saves or profile I think
So be sure to Backup everything
