So far I've noticed that I've deleted the following:
-the 2DS' keyboard
-Mii Maker Data
-the ability to use system settings
I did not back my NAND up, as I do not have enough space on my SD to do so. That is why I was deleting so much in the first place. I think I have an SD backup, but I highly doubt so. I really need your guy's help.
I have:
-an old 2DS
-B9S for 11.6
-Originally installed Homebrew with 11.3 and Arm9
This is my only homebrewed device. I do not want to lose anything and I'm freaking out

I can always back up my saves
But, if someone could help me get homebrew back, that'd be great

Also of note: this happens when I open the keyboard or system settings

Forget why, HOW did you delete them in the first place? If you needed space, you'd be clearing stuff out of the SD card, but all you listed are in SysNAND. Why would you delete stuff from there?:/

As for how to solve it, since it's things that are important to the system, leave the 3DS online for a little bit, then try to access the eshop. It will probably ask to update as you are missing important system files, so go ahead and do that. Then most likely it will start working normally again. Besides that, ctrtransfer is the only other way I can think of. Next time, don't go anywhere near the SysNAND if you don't know what you are doing or you could brick or even cause a malfunction that results in the firmware frying a part accidentally when it tries to do something it was never meant to do. Also, ALWAYS make a SysNAND backup before any kind of modification, no matter how safe said modification may be.
