Hacking Accepting conditions

Hi,

I have PBT-CFW and I want to play online with. But it says me that I have to accept 3DS Rules & Conditions, so what is it?

Will it install updates automatically (I already have Update Nag sometime)?

No, it won't.
If you want to remove the update nag just hold L+R+A+DpadUp while booting up your 3ds, and click cancel/abort/back.
