1. Copy the 11.4.0 .firm corresponding to the target 3DS to the boot9strap folder on the root of the target 3DS’s SD card

Are we copying it INSIDE the boot9strap folder, or on the root folder

Sorry I do not, I wanted the double post deleted. I still need an answwer to this as I am prepping my SD card. The wording of this one piece of the instructions seems strange however the rest is self explanatory. Just trying to get everything situated for my Dual IPS fire emblem XL coming in .

The wording is fairly straightforward but let me clarify: You copy it into the bootstrap9 folder, The folder can be found on the root of the SD target 3ds's card. (sd:/bootstrap9/)
