Instead of launching homebrew and actually installing Luma and RedNand you just launch D9 through a browser downgrade CTRNAND to 2.1 and install A9LH. No need for Homebrew Launcher. (Took me like 5 minutes to read the whole guide)
Took me an hour for me to complete it. Most of the time spent is making and restoring NAND backups and copying between computer and 3ds.
