I would say to try and reset your router and 3ds, or try to move closer to the wifi source. This game took me about 25 minutes to download from freeshop.

Blame the 3DS's Wi-Fi chip, not the program.

Lol i doubt it, i downloaded 3gb game in less than 30 minutes with first versiom of freeshop

I rebooted my 3ds and it download much more faster
But i noticed something very odd
When i booted freeshop, the light above the c stick, it usually becomes blue when streetpass warn you something happen, you know? Well when i booted freeshop, it turned on but yellow, never seen it yelliw before, what does that mean?

That's normal. This fork is using MarcusD's LED library, which allows one to manipulate the notification LED. It's just a little trick the app does and holds no significance.
