Hacking about buying a card

I am willing to pay up to $60, but I do not want to use a credit, debit, or paypal. The reason is I'm not old enough and my parents won't buy me one. So, is there a way to pay cash?

Craigslist.com find someone near you and buy an R4. It sucks but sadly it is the only cart that is very well known with people.

Just looked at craigs list, there's a guy trying to sell an R4 with a 2GB MicroSD and the NDS ROM set on DVD's for $80. This guy is breaking the law quite badly

I have searched there the other day, but they didn't have it. should I wait and check every once in a while?

Search through different locations, you'll find something at a decent price eventually, just do a lot of searchs.

Now, I'm worried about long distance because if I send money in the mail I could get scammed and never get a card is there a way to prevent this?

What you need to do is go to your local safeway or target or whatever and find the Visa gift card thing, and just charge it with some money. Simple as that.
