Hacking Able to Bypass 3DS Initial Setup Screen?

In my case, I would need to just put the script at ''sdmc:/gm9/scripts/'' rather than doing the whole set-up? (I'm sorry if what I'm asking is stupid, I'm very rusty on this)
Yes, put the *.gm9 script at that directory. Turn on the 3DS → hold (START) button → GodMode9 → press (HOME) button → Scripts...CTRTransfer (Type D9)Bypass Profile Setup. If GodMode9 restarts, it just means the script updated it to v1.9.1 for you. Just do it again if that happens.

Edit - You will still need to set up a user profile, accept agreements, Spotpass, language, etc. in System Settings.

Not sure how you guys are able to get this to work if you don't have a setup 3DS that's already modded?

I have a 3DS LL that has the 3D depth issue and it has the same issue, I tried putting the "gm9/scripts" on the root of the new SD card and when I hold *START* when turning on the 3DS LL nothing comes up besides the 3D depth setup.
